Laid Back Night at L’Arte Café in Paris

A real nice laid-back night on Friday at this on-again-off-again open mic at L’Arte Café. I had missed it, and not been for what seemed a couple of months, and I heard it was happening again last night, so I went immediately.

I don’t know how often it will keep going, but it’s well worth it. In fact, L’Arte Café is worth visiting for any of its events – concerts, exhibitions, etc. Although I only seem to get myself to go when I can take part, as I mentioned to them last night.

Last night I played acoustic, without a mic and without plugging in the guitar. It was one of the rare times that I really felt comfortable doing that – but L’Arte Café is really conducive to it….
